As President, Carol is responsible for communicating and implementing PRISM's vision, mission, and overall strategic direction. Directing the leaders of the company to ensure PRISM is operating efficiently while maintaining quality, is amongst her many responsibilities. Well respected in the industry, Carol is known for getting things done with precision and strategic direction. As chair of the budget oversight committee, she has demonstrated a unique skill of expanding the company both internally and externally. As the founder of the Veteran Employment Program, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our veteran community.

As VP of Finance and Operations, Rhonda oversees and directs the accounting, contracts, and security functions of our Operations department. Responsible for preparing and analyzing data metrics in relation to budget costs and trends, Rhonda has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the PRISM family.
