Leading by example, Mark preaches precise company execution and ensures that his entire staff has the tools at their disposal to accomplish the vision of PRISM.

Carol Cornman

As President, Carol is responsible for communicating and implementing PRISM's vision, mission, and overall strategic direction. Directing the leaders of the company to ensure PRISM is operating efficiently while maintaining quality, is amongst her many responsibilities. Well respected in the industry, Carol is known for getting things done with precision and strategic direction. As chair of the budget oversight committee, she has demonstrated a unique skill of expanding the company both internally and externally. As the founder of the Veteran Employment Program, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our veteran community.

Kaushik Rathi

By developing long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and professionalism, Kaushik’s team develops technical and performance strategies. Fulfilling the needs of his customers is what drives his leadership and passion. Kaushik also helps execute PRISM's mission and core beliefs throughout the hiring process by communicating clear expectations to the team. He is intimately involved with the Business Development and Recruiting teams to ensure PRISM is delivering to current and future opportunities.

Courtney Eckert

As PRISM's Business Director, Courtney manages team production to ensure prompt and quality IT delivery for our Customers. Her genuine demeanor coupled with her talented business acumen makes for a winning combination. Her handbook - The PRISM "Formula of Success" allows for a unified and consistent approach translating into successful results. Through her initiation and utilization of advanced business tools and systems PRISM is able to generate differentiating outcomes for our customers. Courtney also leads our "Performance Management Process" helping to promote "IT relationships that WORK". Cody Crocker

As Director of Government Services, Cody leads PRISM’s Government Services division. Cody takes a close consultative approach across teams and clients to position himself as an invaluable resource for government contracting services. In using a 360-degree relationship model approach, Cody is able to deliver a comprehensive solution that meets the needs of the customer. His charter is to ensure outstanding client satisfaction through mission fulfillment.

Elizabeth Henry

As VP of Finance and Operations, Elizabeth Henry oversees and directs the accounting, contracts, and security functions of our Operations department. Responsible for preparing and analyzing data metrics in relation to budget costs and trends, Elizabeth Henry has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the PRISM family. Furthermore, she is also responsible for enforcing quality control of security and contract compliance.

As the Program Manager for PRISM's Veteran Employment Program, Ryan forms trusted partnerships with military personnel, veterans, and their families for career engagement.
