As an entry-level Recruiter you will join our team and begin with an in-depth recruiting training program which is both one-on-one and in a team setting. We have three opportunities for Entry-Level Recruiters at this time. Upon successful completion of the initial training program, our trainees will become self-sufficient Recruiters and will continue to grow in their experience, capability and career. This is a full time, salaried position with unlimited earning potential.

Candidate Profile:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated leadership experience

· Professional in approach with strong interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks/changing priorities simultaneously

· Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web tools and social media

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Psychology (or related field of study) required

· Forward-thinking positive attitude, high standards of quality


Our recruiters learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter at PRISM you will source, network, interview, build relationships and deliver candidates for a variety of open positions.

A few responsibilities include:

· Sourcing of candidates for open positions

· Conducting candidate calls, information gathering, scheduling and attending meetings and appointments with prospective candidates

· Conducting professional interviews with prospective candidates

· Assisting with the execution of career fairs and networking events to develop referrals, candidate and sales leads

· Creating job postings, e-mail campaigns, on-line promotion, etc.

· Promoting your brand as a Recruiter with PRISM within targeted market segments and community

· Supporting social media efforts and leveraging creative sourcing tools to expand reach and network

· Developing relationships within the technology sector and targeted skill sets

· Negotiating and consulting with candidates and clients
