As an Account Manager you will join our team and begin with an in-depth sales training program which is both one-on-one and in a team setting. We are currently hiring an Account Manager. This is a full time, salaried position with unlimited earning potential.
Candidate Profile
· Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability.
· Excellent selling, listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, (or related field of study) required.
· Experience cold calling customers and prospects.
· Ability to build long term professional relationships and a strong network of contacts.
· 1+ year of experience in sales or professional service industry.
· Positive, energetic personality, competitive spirit, motivated to achieve a high standard of results.
· Ability to handle multiple changing priorities with attention to detail and customer service.
Key Accountabilities
· Responsible for increasing headcount, revenue and market share within new and existing clients
· Accountable for all aspects of a client relationship, building effective partnerships with key stakeholders and hiring managers
· Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload from qualified clients
Role Details & Responsibilities
· Build a sales pipeline for assigned accounts; prospect to develop and grow a client base.
· Meet with new and existing customers to gather detailed information about role, team, skill sets, organization culture, upcoming projects and technologies used.
· Conduct in-person meetings with key managers and senior-level executives, to market and promote our services to prospective clients and building on existing         client relationships.
· Cold call daily into current as well as prospect accounts to schedule appointments.
· Work with Management and Recruiters to identify target accounts within the IT market through follow through on leads and prospecting.
· Prioritize daily business needs and engage in recruiting process to evaluate potential candidates’ qualifications and needs compared with clients’ requirements.
· Provide expertise in creating job/candidate specifications and support the identification of qualified candidates in a timely manner for key roles.
· Negotiate bill rates to ensure quality business standards.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with internal team members; become competent in all aspects of the recruiting process to support the recruiters' efforts.
· Document detailed information in client profiles within sales management tool and follow company specific processes and standards.
